Constitutional Court clears bail-in, but rules recourse not satisfactory

Ljubljana, 27 October - The Constitutional Court has ruled that provisions on legal recourse of the law that formed the legal basis for the erasure of subordinated bank bonds during the 2013 bank bailout are unconstitutional. But it left the main legal basis intact and instructed the bondholders to seek recourse in courts.
