France's Trigano enters talks to buy Slovenian caravan maker
Novo Mesto, 5 January - French car maker Trigano has entered into exclusive talks to acquire Slovenia's Adria Mobil, one of Europe's leading caravan makers, along with other significant assets. Talks are under way with the owners of Protej, which controls Adria Mobil through the indebted ACH conglomerate.
