Reactions subdued as long-awaited bill ending top-up insurance unveiled

Ljubljana, 19 January - The health minister has unveiled at last the details of her plan to abolish top-up health insurance as the centrepiece of health reform, inviting mixed but still tentative reactions, even among the coalition.
