NATO political-Military Steering Committee Opens Session
Ljubljana, 10 October - SLOVENIJA/NATO/BALANZINO/KRAČUN
Opened by NATO Deputy Secretary General Sergio Balanzino and Slovene Foreign Minister Davorin Kračun, NATO Political-Military Steering Committee's two-day session on civil-military relations and democratic control over the armed forces began Thursday in Ljubljana. NATO Political-Military Committee holding its session for the first time outside NATO's headquarters in Brussels, "it could be argued that we are all witness to a historical moment", Minister Kračun said.
