Minister: Conditions call for smart investment in defence

Ljubljana, 13 March - The defence budget cuts have helped Slovenia substantially to overcome the last financial crisis, but now the changed conditions in the European security environment call for intelligent investment in defence to ensure future security, Defence Minister Andreja Katič said on Monday.
