Ljubljana takes 76th spot in quality-of-living rankings

London, 14 March - Ljubljana took 76th place among 231 cities included in the global quality-of-living rankings compiled by international consultancy Mercer. Its ranking is the same as last year, but this time it shares its spot with Seul.
