Slovenia gearing up for litigation over Teran

Ljubljana/Izola, 20 March - Slovenia is getting ready for litigation after the EU Commission proceeded with its decision to grant Croatian wineries the right to use the protected name of the Teran wine. The Agriculture Ministry said Monday the "clear procedural mistakes" warranted action that may include a complaint at the EU Court.
