Panel hears EU lacks vision
Ljubljana, 24 March - Participants in a debate on possible alternatives for a new Europe highlighted the need for more initiative both from institutions and people. They also agreed that one of the bloc's flaws was a lack of vision and that people needed a leader with a healthy vision.
