Govt adopts Lex Mercator
Ljubljana, 13 April - The government adopted on Thursday a bill designed to prevent the diversion of funds from systemically important companies, a decision that comes amidst unconfirmed speculations that Croatian conglomerate Agrokor has been diverting funds from its Slovenian subsidiary Mercator.
