Dnevnik says Turkey turning into autocracy
Ljubljana, 18 April - With Sunday's referendum on constitutional changes, Turkey has formally turned into an autocracy. The democratic process of referendum actually dismantled the prospects of democracy, which has never been fully achieved in Turkey, the daily Dnevnik says in Tuesday's commentary.
