Ombudsman files for constitutional review of aliens act

Ljubljana, 19 April - Human Rights Ombudsman Vlasta Nussdorfer has filed a request for constitutional review of changes to the aliens act determining the procedure in case of a refugee influx. It requested the court to treat the case as a priority and proposed staying the controversial changes, passed in January.
