Upper chamber vetoes Koper-Divača rail track bill

Ljubljana, 26 April - The upper chamber of parliament vetoed on Wednesday the bill on a rail upgrade between the port of Koper and the inland hub of Divača, returning it to the National Assembly where it now must garner an absolute majority of votes to be re-confirmed.
