Annual inflation steady at 1.8% in April

Ljubljana, 28 April - Slovenia's annual inflation dropped to 1.8% in April from 1.9% in March although prices rose 0.3% at the monthly level, the Statistics Office said on Friday. The biggest contributor to the annual price increase was costlier fuel, while the monthly rise came on the back of costlier footwear, flights and package holidays.
