Constitutional Court to Discuss Government's Decisions on Leasing Resting Areas Along Slovene Motorways
Ljubljana, 23 October - SLOVENIA/MOTORWAYS
By the end of November the Slovene Company for Motorways (DARS) will announce the names of the companies which will be given permission to build petrol stations and accompanying facilities on the resting areas along the newly built motorways in Slovenia. The companies, applying for permissions to build on 13 resting areas concerned, will be chosen through a public tender. Due to the fact that all the companies applying for this do not agree with the conditions of the public tender, the Constitutional Court will Thursday examine whether the tender is in accordance with the Constitution and the existing legislations.
