Ministry hails minority mention in new Carinthia constitution

Klagenfurt/Ljubljana, 1 June - The Foreign Ministry has hailed the explicit mention of the Slovenian minority in the new constitution of the Austrian province of Carinthia passed on Thursday, while the reaction of minority representatives to the document has been somewhat mixed although overly positive.
