Experts expected US withdrawal from Paris deal, do not fear for it

Ljubljana, 2 June - The decision of US President Donald Trump to withdraw from the Paris Climate Deal came as no real surprise for the experts, climatologist Lučka Kajfež Bogataj and Slovenia's climate negotiator Zoran Kus have told the STA. While conveying a bad message, Trump's arbitrary decision will not destroy the deal, they agree.
