Declaration stresses need to keep path to EU membership open, resolve problems

Brdo pri Kranju, 3 June - Countries in Southeast Europe must strengthen efforts for political stability and reconciliation and resolve their problems peacefully, whereas the EU's doors need to remain open to new members, reads a joint declaration adopted at the Brdo-Brijuni presidential summit on Saturday.
