Starting points for debate on new energy concept issued
Ljubljana, 7 June - The Ministry of Infrastructure has published starting points for public debate on a new energy concept of Slovenia, which follows the goal of a 13% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2020 compared to 1990, and by 20% by 2030.
