Election in Kosovo peaceful, but electoral reform needed, MEP says

Prishtina/Ljubljana, 13 June - The early parliamentary election in Kosovo was held in a competitive and peaceful atmosphere, but the country will have to undertake an electoral reform, because certain weaknesses have been repeating, head of the EU observation team Lojze Peterle told the STA on Tuesday.
