Kočevje, 15 June - Irish cyclist Sam Bennett (Bora Hansgrohe) won the first stage of the 24th Tour of Slovenia on Thursday, edging the Italian Sonny Colbrelli (Bahrain-Merida) and the Slovenian Luka Mezgec (Orica-Scott).
