Much could be improved in closed institutions, body says

Ljubljana, 15 June - A body conducting oversight over the treatment of people in closed institutions such as elderly homes, educational and psychiatric institutions issued 670 recommendations for improvements last year, of which more than 40% were implemented. The Centre for Foreigners in Postojna did not accept three out of fifteen recommendations.
