Ljubljana, 19 June - The maritime border in the Piran Bay and Slovenia's access to the high seas has been the principal issue in the border dispute between Slovenia and Croatia - and the main reason why the two countries, unable to come to an agreement, have sought assistance from an arbitration tribunal.
