Ljubljana Stock Exchange: Shares Up Only on Friday

The shares on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange drifted lower for the greater part of last week. The SBI share index was pointed sharply downwards during the first four days of the week, dropping from 1268.11 point to 1135.75 point on Thursday. But on Friday share values jumped. The SBI index went up by 56.63 point, closing the week at 1192.38 point, which is by 75.73 point down from the Friday before. Among 24 shares only the C issue Lek share was up in the Friday-to-Friday period, showing an appreciation of 2.4 percent and firming at SIT 20,900. Twenty-one shares were down, while two stayed put. The A issue Lek share depreciated by 3.9 percent to SIT 20,627.
