Delo: Rail referendum picture moot

Ljubljana, 21 June - Delo argues in Wednesday's commentary that the upcoming referendum on the Divača-Koper rail expansion is the apex of the clash of contradicting, and often conflicting, interests which will in the end effect prevent a substantive debate on the project.
