Slovenia's at-risk-of-poverty rate dropped somewhat in 2016

Ljubljana, 21 June - The at-risk-of-poverty rate and the social exclusion risk rate in Slovenia were down in 2016 by 0.4 percentage points to 13.9% and by 0.8 points to 18.4%, respectively. The annual at-risk-of-poverty threshold was down last year compared to 2015 by EUR 3 to EUR 7,396 or EUR 616 a month, the Statistics Office reported on Wednesday.
