Sberbank to auction off 18% in Mercator on 7 July

Ljubljana, 22 June - Russian bank Sberbank, which has seized an 18.53% stake in Slovenian retailer Mercator from the Dutch subsidiary of the Croatian conglomerate Agrokor, will offer the stake at an auction on 7 July, with the asking price set at EUR 40.58m. The state said in a response that it was not interested in the auction.
