Maritime border, access to high seas main issue in arbitration

Ljubljana, 29 June - The maritime border in the Bay of Piran and Slovenia's access to the high seas has been one of the principal issues in the border dispute between Slovenia and Croatia - and the main reason why the two countries, unable to come to an agreement, have sought assistance from an international arbitration tribunal.
