Reporter says arbitration to influence elections

Ljubljana, 3 July - Commenting on the long-awaited ruling of the arbitration tribunal deciding on the border between Slovenia and Croatia, the weekly Reporter writes on Monday that the path to implementation will be long and arduous, and will also affect internal affairs, such as elections, of both countries.
