Delo argues for Divača-Koper rail upgrade

Ljubljana, 6 July - The newspaper Delo gives arguments in Thursday's commentary why an upgrade of the railway track between the port of Koper and Divača is necessary. However, it labels the government's plan for constructing it "utterly bad".
