Slovenia's arbitration agent says Drnovšek-Račan border deal played its part

Ljubljana, 8 July - The Slovenian agent in the border arbitration case, Mirjam Škrk, said in an interview for Dnevnik that the arbitration ruling provided for a great degree of freedoms of communication in the junction area with the high seas.
