POP TV operator acquired by United Group
Ljubljana, 10 July - The United Group, which is owned by the Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) investment fund and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), has acquired the media portfolio of the Central European Media Enterprises (CME) in Slovenia and Croatia, which includes the company Pro Plus that manages Slovenian commercial POP TV.
