Delo: EU should define Balkans as geopolitical priority

Ljubljana, 12 July - The newspaper Delo says in Wednesday's front page commentary that the Berlin Process is a way for Germany to prevent Russia, Turkey, China and the US from spreading their influence over the Western Balkans.
