Ljubljana, 12 July - Slovenia's first President Milan Kučan believes that Slovenia does not need a "silent president" who should merely perform a ceremonial role. "A president who is likeable to everyone is not necessarily a good president," he also told the Nedeljski dnevnik weekly in an interview focusing on the upcoming presidential election.
