Top court reviewing Koper-Divača rail referendum initiatives

Ljubljana, 13 July - The Constitutional Court will on Thursday begin reviewing two petitions regarding the railway expansion referendum filed by the head of the referendum initiative Vili Kovačič. The first is about voter signatures needed for the referendum and the second challenges the referendum date.
