Commission document indicates arbitration has bearing on EU law

Brussels, 20 July - The official minutes of the European Commission's 4 July session appear to show that although the Slovenian-Croatian border dispute is a bilateral issue, the arbitration tribunal's decision has direct bearing on EU law and the EU has jurisdiction over the matter.
