EU Court says Croatia responsible for asylum applicants forwarded to Slovenia
Luxembourg, 26 July - The Court of Justice of the European Union has taken the view of Slovenia and Austria that Croatia is responsible for examining asylum applications by persons who crossed its border en masse during the 2015-2016 migration crisis.
