Need for cooperation, friendship in focus at Russian Chapel ceremony

Vršič, 30 July - The significance of Slovenian-Russian cooperation and friendship was highlighted as Slovenian Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec and Russian Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolay Nikiforov addressed a ceremony on Sunday in memory of Russian soldiers killed in the First World War.
