Nikiforov says arbitration decision must be implemented

Ljubljana, 31 July - Russian Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolay Nikiforov has told a televised interview that the Slovenian-Croatian border arbitration decision needs to be implemented as a matter of respecting international law.
