Results of 1992 Parliamentary Election

Eight political parties managed to collect enough votes to enter the National Assembly in the latest parliamentary election in 1992. The majority, 23.32 percent, of votes among the total of 1,280,243 was acquired by the Liberal Democratic Party (LDS), which was followed by the Slovene Christian Democrats (14.53 percent), the United List (13.64 percent), the Slovene National Party (9.88 percent), Slovene People's Party (8.77 percent), the Democratic Party (5.04 percent), the Greens of Slovenia (3.7 percent) and the Social Democratic Party of Slovenia (3.32 percent).
