Court Continues Hearing in Case Slovenia vs Beogradska Banka Cyprus Branch

The Court of Nicosia, Cyprus, continues the hearing in the case of Slovenia versus the Cyprus branch of the Beogradska Banka dd Belgrade, in which Slovenia requires the freezing of funds deposited with the branch by former Yugoslavia's central bank (NBJ). On Thursday, the lawyer of the plaintiffs put several questions to a representative of one of the Slovene commercial banks, who confirmed the facts presented so far by the representative of the Bank of Slovenia.
