Faculty-run sheep dairy farm going strong
Senožeče, 29 August - A mixture of a research centre and sheep dairy farm operated on a plateau in SW Slovenia by the Ljubljana Veterinary Faculty has proven a commercial success, with organic cheese from Vremščica reportedly selling in Italy at higher prices than the Pecorino cheese from Sardinia.
