Banks' cumulative net profit drops 6.5% in H1 Y/Y

Ljubljana, 30 August - Banks in Slovenia generated EUR 233m in cumulative net profit in the first half of 2017, down 6.5% compared to the same period last year. A monthly report issued by the central bank on Wednesday shows a pre-tax profit of EUR 253.4m in the first six months, down 10% year-on-year.
