Prices up 1.2% at annual level in August

Ljubljana, 31 August - Slovenia recorded an annual inflation of 1.2% in August, up 0.2 percentage points from July. The rise in prices was mostly fuelled by higher prices of petroleum products and tobacco. At the monthly level, prices were up by 0.1%, the Statistics Office reported on Thursday.
