Ex-construction boss Črnigoj acquitted in retrial
Ljubljana, 4 September - Dušan Črnigoj, the former boss of the now bankrupted construction company Primorje, has been acquitted of all charges over the sale of shares of the company's subsidiary, as no financial damage resulting from the transaction has been proved in a retrial.
