Govt adopts bill bailing out hospitals with EUR 136m

Ljubljana, 8 September - The cabinet adopted on Friday an emergency bill for the financial stabilisation of public healthcare institutions, securing EUR 136m from the state budget to cover 80% of the losses accumulated by public hospitals by the end of last year. A supplementary budget for this year will probably have to be adopted as a result.
