Slovenia takes EU Commission to court over Teran

Ljubljana, 15 September - Slovenia has brought legal action against the European Commission with the EU Court of Justice for granting Croatia a derogation enabling it to use Teran, the name of red wine protected by Slovenia, as the name for a grape variety for the designated Croatian Istra wine label under certain terms.
