The second part of international Conference on Transborder Cooperation between Slovenia, Austria and Italy started in Črna na Koroškem, north, Monday. The conference is organized by the Association of European Regions in the framework of the programme for technical assistance LACE, and aims at strengthening transborder cooperation between the three countries.
