Voters heading to the polls Sunday for rail referendum

Ljubljana, 22 September - Slovenian voters will head to the polls on Sunday to determine the fate of a government law governing the financing of the 27-kilometre rail expansion between the hub Divača and the port of Koper. The public appears to be fairly evenly split, with the latest polls suggesting turnout will be the decisive factor.
