Yes camp sees referendum outcome as endorsement of govt plan

Ljubljana, 24 September - In his first comment after the closure of polling stations for Sunday's referendum on the Divača-Koper rail upgrade, Prime Minister Miro Cerar said that the low turnout was an endorsement of the government plans and that it showed "to a large extent that voters are fed up with political games".
