Despite referendum setback, rail law opponents say battle not over

Ljubljana, 24 September - Opponents of the government's plans for the construction of the rail expansion to the port of Koper have failed in their quest to annul the special law in a referendum, but they have nevertheless vowed to fight on with other means to prevent what they claim is a wasteful project.
